We're making our release and update process more transparent by providing a list of changes that affect you as they occur. This allows you to learn about important changes without having to journey through all of Pendo Feedback or its documentation to find it.

Product updates with flexible emailing
We replaced the option to Mail Requests as a bulk action in the Browse page with Flexible Emailing. This allows you to send emails to specific groups of users (team members and visitors) based on things like requests they're interested in, accounts they're linked to, and tags assigned to them. Edit Roadmaps permissions
We reintroduced Edit Roadmap permissions in the new version of Roadmaps on Feedback. For more information, see Manage Team: Roles and Permissions in Feedback.

Search functionality in the Browse page
You can find and open requests using the keyword search bar in the top right of the Browse page. This offers additional functionality to the global search bar at the top of Pendo Feedback by allowing you to save the search and act on requests returned in the search. For more information, see Manage requests in the Browse page.
Hyperlinks in request descriptions in Roadmap
You can add links to the description of an item in your backlog of requests using Markdown. For more information, see Pendo Roadmap.
File types and sizes
If enabled, you can allow your visitors to upload files of up to 10MB and your internal users to upload files of up to 250MB in requests. Visitors can upload .png and .jpg files. Internal users can upload any file type. For more information, see Customize the request form.

New Feedback Roadmap experience
We updated the Roadmap experience in Feedback to include drag-and-drop functionality, the ability to view details without leaving the page, a backlog of requests to add to your roadmap, the ability to create features and initiatives in your roadmap, and the ability to view quantitative insights associated with requests on the roadmap. Feedback Roadmap visibility
You can change the visibility of roadmaps in Feedback if you're the roadmap owner. You have two visibility options: Team Only or Private (Only Me). For more information, see Pendo Roadmap.
Share saved views in the Browse page
You can share saved views of Feedback requests on the Browse page with colleagues. For more information, see Manage requests in the Browse page.
Filter requests by visibility in the Browse page
You can filter the table of requests on the Browse page by visibility: Team Only or Team and Visitors. If you choose to save the results, the saved view of the table is updated with the filter and count of requests included in the results. For more information, see Manage requests in the Browse page.

Styling changes to request details panel
Changes were made to the styling of the details panel for an individual request that you select from the Browse page. The panel provides a high-level summary of the request. To see this panel, go to the Browse page from the left-side navigation and open a request from list. You can see the full request details using the expand button at the top of the panel. Pre-populated views and numbers in the Browse page
A first time user of the new Browse page can see some existing views in the Requests list and numbers next to these saved views, indicating the number of requests present in a saved view before opening it. For more information, see Manage requests in the Browse page.
