The guides list view provides an overview of all of your guides.
The segment and date range options at the top of the page are used to filter the data shown on the page. In this case, only the "Guide Visitors" and "Guide Views" numbers will be affected by changes to these filters.
Click the "Edit Columns" button near the top-right corner of the guides list to view a list of all available column fields. Check the box next to the column to add it to your view.
The date and time the guide was first created.
The Pendo user that created the guide.
The segment the guide is set to display to.
If an expiration date is set under the "Scheduling" tab within the guide designer, this is the date and time the guide will automatically switch its status from "Public" to "Disabled".
The group the guide is assigned to or "Ungrouped" if no group is assigned.
The number of unique visitors that have seen the guide within the segment and date range specified at the top of the page.
The number of total views of the guide within the segment and date range specified at the top of the page.
Last Updated Time
The date and time the guide was last updated. Any modification to the guide will revise the last updated time, including status changes.
Last Updated By
The Pendo user that last updated the guide.
The chosen activation methods for the guide. This can be any combination of Automatically, Guide Center, and Badge as defined under the "Activation" tab when editing the guide.
The guide’s assigned name. This can be edited within the guide designer or on the guide details page when clicking the guide’s name.
The Pendo page the guide (or first step of a walkthrough) is set to appear on.
The number of polls the guide contains. This will be blank if there are no polls within the guide.
Status determine if, and on what environment, the guide appears. This will be either Public, Staged, Draft, or Disabled. Find more information on guide status here.
The name of the template applied to the guide, or the number of different templates used. Find more information on guide templates here.
Lightbox, Banner, Tooltip, or Walkthrough (number of steps). Find more information on guide types here.
