If you have installed the Pendo snippet you can add customers to requests on their behalf. It’s especially helpful to be able to do this when you are on the phone or in a meeting with a customer.
How to add a customer to a request
Go to the request in Pendo Feedback and click "Add visitor" in the "Request actions" box on the right-hand side.
Start typing the visitor's name (not the company name) and then select it from the drop-down list which will appear.
If you give customers access to Pendo Feedback, the request you have added them to will appear in their dashboard for them to prioritize.
