Why is this important?
Our in-app notifications mean that you can see every request or comment you haven't responded to, allowing you to act more efficiently.
Our notifications alert you to any requests that need reviewing or comments that need responding to.
To view your notifications, click on the icon in the top-right corner.
You'll then be presented with a list of your notifications, separated into "Requests" and "Comments". The filter at the top allows you to view these according to Apps and Product Areas, so you can focus on the data that most interests you. Read more about Product Areas here.
To view the request or comment that you have been notified about, simply click on it and you'll be taken to the relevant request or comment.
NOTE: The notifications are ordered from oldest to newest. This is so you don't forget about the older requests.
To delete request notifications, you or another team member will need to change the status of the request. You can do this with one easy click from the notifications page. Or to bulk update, switch to the Browse page and follow these steps.
To delete comment notifications, you can either respond to the comment, or click the cross to remove it.
