How to add a new request on behalf of a customer or prospect

When customers or prospects mention feedback via phone or email, Feedback allows you to quickly add them to the request and then move on - Feedback handles the rest.

Click "Suggest" from the top navigation.

Under the description box you'll see the text "Requested by you":


Click the link (on "you") and a search box will open for you to add a customer to that request:


Note: The names populated in this list will come from a few sources based on your setup. Customer data may come from your Pendo snippet or your Salesforce integration. Prospects are usually created manually, unless you are using Salesforce opportunities to track prospect demand.

Select the correct user's name and their vote will be added to the request you enter here. If a prospect isn't listed, you can create them by selecting "Add customer or prospect..." and fill out the form.

You can now fill in the suggest form as normal.

After submitting the form, you'll be the "creator" on the request, but your vote will not be added. Instead, the user that you added will have their vote listed under the "Request activity" list.


How to add a customer to an existing request
