- SSO. The integration gives your customers single sign-on to Pendo Feedback, meaning that when one of your users is signed into your product, they can simply click a link or button to get straight into Pendo Feedback, where they can manage their requests and priorities. - Customer records. The integration automatically keeps your customer records up to date in Feedback so you can tie customers to requests without any manual account creation or updates.
The integration is very easy (it usually under 2 hours to set up and test) and you have complete control over how the link or button is presented to your users.

What if I'm using Feedback internally only?
If you're using Feedback internally only you will still need to set up the integration so you can use Feedback on behalf of your customers (see #2 above). Read more about that here.
