If you use Feedback, you might have noticed that we regularly send out an internal engagement email.
We send this out each week to your internal, team users. (Not your customers / visitors.)
It gives you insights into your latest account activity, your most active visitors and team members, and it reminds you of your current priorities. It's basically an overview of what's been happening in your Feedback account, so you know where to focus your attention.
You don't have to worry about sending this out, it happens automatically each Monday.
To opt in or out of these emails, head to your Email Settings:
- Click the profile icon top right
- Head to your Email settings...
- ...and opt in to "Usage" reports by checking the box. Then click "Save Changes".
