What is domain whitelabelling?
Your team and Visitors access Feedback at the URL feedback.io by default.
If you’d like to replace this with your own domain, such as ideas.yourdomain.com, Feedback can do that with our whitelabel domain feature.
Setting up a domain whitelabel for Feedback
For these instructions, let's say your website is example.com and you want to host Feedback at https://feedback.example.com. The URL https://feedback.example.com is your CNAME.
1. Email email@example.com telling them your CNAME.
2. Support will inform you of a CNAME entry that you will need to add to your DNS. Ask your network administrator to set up this DNS CNAME record and let us know when done.
3. Support will then let you know when our part of the setup is done and then you can now use https://feedback.example.com
4. Once CNAME setup is complete, you won’t be able to log in at the general https://feedback.io page any more, any users that do try that will be redirected to your CNAME.
