Note: Whitelist/whitelisting is the term used by Zendesk. This functionality is comparable to the Include List in Pendo.
Zendesk chat can be added to the Pendo Resource Center through the Zendesk Chat Integration. If you are experiencing difficulties getting the chat to load in your Resource Center widget - it may be the result of whitelisting. Whitelisting controls for Zendesk chat are managed from the Zendesk chat interface in Zendesk.
You will need to add `pendo-io-extensions.storage.googleapis.com` to your whitelist in the Zendesk widget security settings to ensure the chat is allowed to be served from your Resource Center module.
