Pendo Feedback's Zendesk integration allows you to use Feedback and Zendesk together to submit feedback requests directly from Zendesk and associate the Zendesk ticket and submitter to the request.
What you need to install the Zendesk integration
In order to get started, you need:
- Admin access to Zendesk, including the ability to add/configure apps.
- Your Zendesk domain**
**If you have whitelabeled your Zendesk domain, please provide your original Zendesk domain information. For example, you may have set up support.examplesite.com as a whitelabel alias for examplesite.zendesk.com. Please provide us with the original domain which will be in this format: examplesite.zendesk.com.
How to install and set up the Pendo Feedback app in Zendesk
For accounts based in US datacenters
- Send the domain for your Zendesk account to contact Support. For example, www.examplesite.zendesk.com.
- We'll send you a link to install the Zendesk app.
- Follow the link & configure the settings you would like. This completes the integration set-up.
