Zendesk hyperlinks require additional login from Pendo guide

In your guide or announcements, how do you create Zendesk links that do not force the user to login to the Help Center first?

  • Hey Howard,

    If your Zendesk setup requires users to authenticate before they can access your Zendesk content, I would recommend setting up Bearer Tokens. This will allow your users to access the articles from your knowledge base without needing to authenticate first!
