Show original Article forces User to Login in Zendesk again

Hello Community, 

we have been trying for a couple of days now to get the non-legacy Zendesk Help Center working satisfactorily, but sadly we can't manage to disable the requiredZendesk login so that, when our users want to view an article in fullscreen mode ( show original article), they can do so without an extra Zendesk sign-in. 

Pendo support has sent me several articles, but all these settings have already been done and there is still the sign-in forced.


Does anyone have an idea/solution or has had the same problem and already solved it? 

I am grateful for any tips!
