Why are some visitors/accounts not saving their activity?
I don't know if this has happened to anyone, but I have to tell you that I know that they have entered my platform, since I also track users through Hotjar, but they don't appear in Pendo. It is true that Pendo has saved their ID and their email but then tells me that there is no accessible data... Could it be that I need more interaction with the platform to start saving data from them?
Has anyone else had this happen to you and can you help me? - Thank you

Hi Clara Planas! A couple things to try here: 1) can you go to Settings then Data Mappings to check what metadata is being passed from your platform to Pendo? 2) Next, try running pendo.validateInstall () in your console to confirm Pendo is running and what metadata is being returned.
