"meta" event not showing up in "Raw Events"

Hi,

We have a question: What makes "meta" event to show up in "Subscription Settings"==>"Raw Events"? On the client side when I do pendo.validateInstall(), I see my custom metadata but even when i create a new user, I don't see this meta event in "Raw Events". Can you clarify what is happening underneath the hood here or give us dev's access to BigQuery?
