Multiple Users Displaying in 'Everyone' Report; Some information not being sent to Pendo

I'm having trouble correcting some data that I'm seeing in Pendo. Here's a few of the issues that I'm seeing in the visitor reports.

This user is a perfect example. They show up twice in the visitor report - Visitor ID 10637 - Shows up with an Account ID in one line and without in another. This user also does not show up with any Role, Email, Full Name or NetSuite ID even though they have one in the system.
