Embedded Video Format Error
I am trying to embed a video into a guide. When I paste my URL into the designer I get an error saying that the video format is not supported. I have tried posting my video on vimeo and YouTube and I got the same message regardless of where the video was posted. I have played with the privacy setting of the videos and that made no difference, I tried using the share URL as well as the URL from the page where the video can be view and got the same error there as well. I am stuck and have no idea what I need to do to get this to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Trevor Shaffer! I just tried this and I can only replicate the reported behaviour if you paste the video link before you select a video provider. If you put in the link first and then select the provider it will keep saying unknown format.
Could you try to select the correct provider first and then put the link into the video URL field?
Hey there - I have the same error. I have selected Vimeo, and checked my Vimeo settings as well. I'm getting the "unsupported format" error regardless of how I manipulate my Vimeo privacy settings, and I've tried selecting Vimeo as the service provider before and after adding the URL with no change in results.

I am having the same issue. I choose "Vimeo" as the provider, and then enter in the URL: https://vimeo.com/[Video_ID] and I'm getting the same error.
