Why does the Visitor ID not link correctly with the person's email address?

I made a change in the co with my technology department to be able to link the Visitor ID with your email but the data does not appear correctly.In the list of visitors I see two "Amanada's" but then when I go into the Visitor ID view the visitor is actually called "Kali".

P.S. Attached is also the code to see the link we made - just in case we have to change something there. Is Pendo linking the information wrong for anyone else? Thks
