Started NPS in Free Trial, hit MAU limit is NPS still sent

We started a NPS in our Free Pendo instance. Halfway through the NPS we hit the 500 MAU limit and have gotten the prompt to update to a paid version. Is the NPS paused or is it still active with emails being sent?
