Is it possible to make the Resource Center responsive, that is, change size depending on window size/device?

I don't think so. I've been hunting for this too but the documentation says that there aren't global CSS configurations for the entire resource center yet.
Has there been any change for this? Is it possible to have the windows automatically adjust to the content? Or to have us configure the size of each module?
