Customer support help?

Does anyone know how I can get any in person customer support help? Does Pendo offer that? I can't find an online chat or 800 or much of anything besides documentation and recorded videos? What is everyone else doing if they are just stuck? 



  • Hi Ken, depending on your support level you can raise a support ticket, start a live chat or speak with a customer success manager by clicking on the question mark icon in the bottom right of any pendo page. You may also be able to email for help if you email from the work email of an associated subscription.

    I recently completed your training in Product Analytics. I must say that I find it very insightful, and I am going to write the certification exam sometime soon.
    However, I am not comfortable with my level of understanding in terms of HOW TO PRODUCE A PRODUCT ROADMAP, and this is giving me concern.
    I will appreciate your assistance with resources and links to enable me have a good / practical grasp of PRODUCT ROADMAP, while I look forward to writing the certification exam soon.
