Customer support help?
Does anyone know how I can get any in person customer support help? Does Pendo offer that? I can't find an online chat or 800 or much of anything besides documentation and recorded videos? What is everyone else doing if they are just stuck?

Hi Ken, depending on your support level you can raise a support ticket, start a live chat or speak with a customer success manager by clicking on the question mark icon in the bottom right of any pendo page. You may also be able to email support@pendo.io for help if you email from the work email of an associated subscription.
