Customer support help?

Does anyone know how I can get any in person customer support help? Does Pendo offer that? I can't find an online chat or 800 or much of anything besides documentation and recorded videos? What is everyone else doing if they are just stuck?

    I recently completed your training in Product Analytics. I must say that I find it very insightful, and I am going to write the certification exam sometime soon.
    However, I am not comfortable with my level of understanding in terms of HOW TO PRODUCE A PRODUCT ROADMAP, and this is giving me concern.
    I will appreciate your assistance with resources and links to enable me have a good / practical grasp of PRODUCT ROADMAP, while I look forward to writing the certification exam soon.
