    Hi Aron,

    Great question!

Microsoft Dynamics is typically used for Employee-facing use cases. Lots of Employee-facing software is not built, rather it is bought or licensed such as MSD365 CE, Workday, Salesforce, Coupa, Jira, etc.

Licensed software rarely allows licensees to install custom code preventing you from adding Pendo's javascript snippet. That is why Pendo developed a browser extension called the "Pendo Launcher". By deploying the Pendo Launcher across your Employees' machines, you can enable Pendo on any web application - licensed or built - with a few clicks!

The Microsoft Power Apps developer framework, however, does allow you to install Pendo's javascript snippet 'natively' as described here:

While you can install Pendo's javascript natively into your MSD365 Power Apps, the Pendo Launcher may still be advantageous.
