How can I create a report with all NPS responses?

Currently, I can create a visitor report that only provides the latest response for each visitor. However, I cannot figure out how to create a report that displays all responses even though this data is available through NPS > responses tab. The reason I need this as a report is so that I can connect the NPS response data to Domo for analysis and visualization.
