Reset start date of app subscriptions (for free users)

my metrics were looking pretty wonky so I started reading the docs and realized we had cross-application visitor/account id collisions happening. I prefaced the visitor/account ids accordingly so they won't collide anymore but want to clear the old events (we don't care about the data). I know changing the subscription start date is probably the ideal way to do this but cannot open a ticket as I am on a free plan.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this? From my understanding as a free user I can't just delete the apps and start over and I'd prefer not to have a bunch of unused apps for less technical people to get confused by.

  • Hi, Bradley Turner - you can bulk delete data from Pendo by using our API endpoint. See this article for more information.
