Different guide behaviors by segment and vice versa
QUESTION 1:
We have some guides set up to appear only one time, which is how we want things for end-users. However, internal folks who demo our product would like the guides to appear *every* time.
I can put our internal folks into a segment, but is there a way to set up a guide so that it behaves a certain way for one segment, and a different way for everyone else?
QUESTION 2:
We have a number of guides we show to a certain segment that are activated in basic ways (on page load, on click of an element). However, there's one guide we want to show to this same segment only on a subsequent visit (e.g. the third time they load our app).
I see that the place to create rules like "on the third visit" is in segment creation, rather than within the guides themselves, so it's unclear to me how I would do what I just described. Do I duplicate the segment and add additional rules, then create the guide? Do I nest segments and then... ?

Please find my response below.
Q1: Clone the guide, apply the end user segment to one and internal user segment to another, this will allow for different behaviours.
Q2: Clone the segment and add the rule using AND logic along with other rules you already have in the segment then apply this new segment to this target guide you want to appear after 3 visits. Please make sure that this new segment is eligible for guides which is shown on the left panel of the segment page.
