launch Guides after a user has been at least 10 Minutes on website
Hi there,
I do not want that our users get our pendo guides immediately after a user opens our website. Instead I want our pendo guides to be delivered after a user has spent at least 10 minutes in total on different pages of our website - how do I need to set targeting methods or segment options to achieve this? Hi Michael Albrecht! You can create this via segment rules using Time on Site. You can learn more about segment rules here as well as guide targeting here!
Hi Molly, thanks for your response. Actually, I have already tried this, but using any "time on site" rule makes the segment unusable for guide targeting... ("Not guide eligible")
