Can I proactively monitor guides for issues?
Is there any way to automatically detect Pendo guide issues/anomalies?
In the past we have noticed that users start dropping off after a certain step, or a guide stops displaying completely. We find this out by manual testing or customers reporting the issue, I'd like to be more proactive. Does Pendo have a way to monitor guide issues like these?
I know that I can add a Goal to a Guide, is it possible to trigger a notification if the Goal performance gets below a certain level? Or some other solution perhaps.
