I have some questions about NPS on mobile

1. I see this post https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/4410156220699-What-happens-to-the-NPS-survey-if-a-user-closes-the-browser-Can-you-prompt-the-survey-to-be-seen-again-if-dismissed- . But when i tap on X, next time an event come it still show NPS Guide again, how to disable that?

2. How can i set NPS to show after the 3rd time an event occur? 

3. If i delete an event on dashboard, can it appear again when i send that event again from mobile?
