Managing Segments

I added a new segment with a CSV for contains Account IDs, seemed to be fine. 

Today I added an additional rule, OR contains Account ID "ACCOUNT".

I noticed that the guide was appearing for Accounts that were not listed in the CSV or the additional ACCOUNT.

Eligible visitors were only about 8K but the visitor views were at 15K.

I undid the segment rules and re-uploaded the CSV with the added account within the CSV, might have corrected it now.

According to a help center article, I should have been fine to do this and I haven't had issues when I did it this way before.

Anyone have any idea what happened?
