How to add new app?

Hi there, 

We are on a paid subscription of Pendo. I need to add a new app but my Subscription Settings / Applications page does not offer a "New App" button - see https://adoptsupport.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/4405319731227-Add-Extension-Apps#CreateANewExtensionApp, under "Create New Extension App".

What am I missing? How do we go about adding a new app to an existing paid subscription of Pendo?
