New App doesn't show in list when creating a new guide.

I had our "admin" add Sharepoint to our list of apps. It shows up on the home page drop down. See pic.

Now when I go to create a new guide... the Sharepoint app isn't visible.

Hopefully this is somethign easy I'm missing???? Any help from anyone would be appreciated!!!! Thank you!
