On Demand display of guide programmatically

Is it possible to display a guide on the page programmatically from the code without any interaction from the user. Is there any method in pendo to display the guide when ever that method is called from the code.

    I think you should be able to activate the guide using the command

    pendo.showGuideById('GUIDE-ID-HERE');
