Users can't see the Resource Center

I have double checked my segmentation as well as impersonated my user, I can see the resource center just fine, but they cannot. I'm wondering how I might solution this problem? The user has cleared their cache and restarted chrome as well... Any direction?

  • Malachi Hopoate in my organization we've had a number of customers that have had the same issue. For us it turned out to be a pop up blocker on their end.
