Launching Zendesk Messenger from Resource Center

I have the integration with Zendesk Messenger working but I would prefer to launch the chat using a hyperlink instead of having a dedicated category in the Resource Center, i.e. I'd like to get rid of the "Live Chat" option...

And instead have a link in here...

But I can't get the "Chat With Us" to launch the Zendesk Messenger window.
