Unable to detect a tag in my product's UI even though the feature has already been tagged in our native code

Our developers have successfully tagged a button in our native code. If i use my browser's developer tools, I can also see the name of their tag associated with the UI object.

However, when attempting to tag features with the Pendo app, Pendo is unable to detect the tag, even if I enter the tag name under "Custom CSS".

This button is a hyperlink, I wonder if that impacts anything. Any help would be appreciated.
