[Chrome] Third-party cookie will be blocked

I started to see some warning messages about third party cookies related to `Pendo`.

So, my question is, will this affect the Pendo integration? I know there is an article that says `Pendo` is not affected because it uses local storage, and then 1st party cookies, BUT,... we're getting these messages nevertheless. And you can see in the image that the warning is for `Pendo`.

This is the article: https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041032971-Agent-cookies-and-local-storage

Thanks in advance!

  • Our organization is also experiencing this, I've also verified our settings are automatically utilizing the latest version of the Pendo agent:

  • Orlando Vallejos, I think you'll see no cookies if you close all pendo.io tabs in browser (as your users have it), go to chrome's settings -> privacy and security -> 3rd party cookies -> See all site data and permissions -> filter by pendo and remove what you find.

But as this thread is here and mentions the documentation stating no affection to Pendo Agent is gonna happen, I want to ask about these cookies:

They appear only when I open feedback iframe. They seem to be important, however with 3rd party cookies blocked I cannot find any functionality to be broken. Any feedback appreciated.
