PES Calculation - Weighting and Excluding 0s?

Hello Pendo Community,

I'm retrieving the PES score via the PES Minimal API and getting the figures grouped by accounts to get the values of PES and its components for each account.

When I get the average PES score across all the accounts' PES scores, it is a very different average to the PES score displayed by Pendo Dashboard. After I remove the accounts with 0 values for Adoption, Stickiness or Growth, then my averages of each measure are far closer to that being displayed by the main Pendo PES Dashboard but still not exactly the same.

Does Pendo exclude the 0 values from the PES scores it displays? I also think my scores are not aligned with Pendo's PES score because of weighting but I don't see the docs explain the weighting being given to the PES score, or am I doing something wrong?
