Turning on a guide for a new feature only available to select customers
I have this scenario and want to make sure I am turning on the guides correctly.
We have a B2B product and have a new feature that appears as a page in our navigation tab. Once in the tab, the user can then select a link in the page to bring them to other pages, which have unique URLs.
We want to turn on this feature to only a few customer organizations, or what Pendo would call Accounts. This means that any employee of this account/customer who has created credential to access our product can access this new feature/page.
We create guides for the new page and also for the secondary pages accessed via the first page.
I am assuming that since the URLs are unique for this feature and the guides are attached to the URLs, we can turn on this guide for all accounts/customers. This way the guide is only available when turn on this feature (via a feature flag) to certain customers and not others.
Is this correct? Or do I have to create a segment that includes the Account IDs or names that we want to have access to the feature and guides?

Hi! Yes, if the guide is only activating when a person navigates to the new primary and secondary webpages and only people who have the accounts you'd want to target can view the new primary and secondary webpages, then the guide does not need to be segmented further.
