Error: "No Pendo API key configured", after refreshing the page manually

Pendo initializes correctly and I am able to run in the browser console: pendo.validateEnvironment() and pendo.designerv2.launchInAppDesigner(), but if for some reason I have to refresh the page manually then I start seeing the typical error: fs.js:4 No Pendo API key configured. Make sure to call pendo.initialize() with a valid Pendo API key.

It is an application that uses Vue.js 3 and Vite.
