Users without an Account ID
I'm having a reoccurring issue where a user isn't connected to their account ID, so they are counting as a separate user, which is falsely impacting / bloating our MAU count. The user doesn't have any activity, so I cannot tell where it happened or perhaps what's coded oddly in our website as to why Pendo would see a visitor ID and not their account ID. I've been running weekly reports to exclude users without an account ID, but with our customer base growing, this is becoming a manual process that's a huge time waster. Some weeks I have HUNDREDS to exclude. I need help!

Check your product for if Pendo is installed on any pages where they wouldn't have their account ID, and especially check logout pages. We've had that issue before and it depends on what's available on the page for sure.
