Resource Center: Zendesk Help Center module appears in my colleagues' previews but not in mine

Trying to build an in-product resource center consisting of an Announcements module, a Feedback Module, and a Zendesk Help Center module. Connected via the legacy Zendesk Help Center integration.

-In preview mode, I can see the Announcements and Feedback modules, but not Help Center.

-The Help Center module does appear in my colleagues' previews.

Any ideas?

    Hey Mark! I recommend checking your segmentation and ensuring an ad blocker isn't blocking it.
