Exclude List for Guides?
We have a few customers who have asked to opt out of guides (but not analytics). We have to manually exclude them because there is not an exclude list like there is for analytics. We have a segment that includes everyone except the excluded customers but often the guide is targeting a complex group of users and we are not using that one.
Is our only option to remember to manually exclude them in every guide? This doesn't seem sustainable. Also we use segments for other things like reporting on analytics and these customers do have analytics we may want to track so I can't just exclude them from every segment. Am I just missing a feature here?

Hi, Erin W - you can select this box per Visitor ID who wants to opt out of guides. By doing this, you don't need to worry about segmentation. Pendo will automatically hide guides from them moving forward. It's found under the Visitor details section of the Visitor ID:

Also, will accounts with this box checked still be able to access the Resource Center?
Since the Resource Center is considered a guide, it may remove that as well, but you should test it and report back!
