Typing While Editing Guide Stops Working
Both me and a teammate are having a reoccuring issue where while editing a guide we suddenly can't type in a text box. The blinking cursor appears but if you attempt to type it will not - if you try to highlight text, it highlights as grey and you can't remove the placeholder text or make any edits. Saving changes, exiting, and relaunching the guide seems to briefly fix the problem but if you move to a different step or text box the problem re-occurs. My teammate and I are working on separate devices/internet connections (with most recent macOS and Chrome), and the while she had the problem all last week I did not - but now we both do. It makes it impossible to progress. Any tips would be helpful!

Hey Marissa! This issue has come up before in Pendo Connect. It seems the application sometimes grabs the focus back when a user clicks into the designer tool. One option for troubleshooting: open the guide designer on a different page (url) in the application where this doesn’t occur and try editing. I hope this helps!
