Automating updates to Pendo Listen FRs from custom Salesforce object

Hello, we have a custom Salesforce object for tech blockers, and are looking to automate tagging of Pendo Feature Requests with a 'tech blocker' tag. The salesforce object has a field for the Pendo url. Has anyone done something similar?
