Can I create a Dashboard base on track events?

For my product, it's very important to understand how long it takes for some of our features to load. To track this, we've created Track events for specific features. We'd like to monitor, in real time, the load time of a particular feature. For that reason, we're exploring whether it's possible to build a dashboard based on these track events, and if so, where can we find the relevant documentation?
