How often do you review feedback internally?

I’d love to hear more about your processes for reviewing feedback. I am building out my company’s voice of the user program via Pendo Feedback and this is all very new to me so I’d love as much insight and guidance as possible! For context, the users submitting feedback in our case would be various types of healthcare providers and administrative assistants.

My main ideas right now (ordered by cadence) are:

  • Bi-weekly: Product Ops / Support review and update statuses for each feedback submission
  • Monthly: PMs / Engineering / Design review most upvoted (>10) submissions during sprint planning
  • Quarterly: User “Advisory Councils” (aka people representing our user groups) review and decide on top 5-10 requests. These requests would then make their way (:crossed_fingers: ) into our product roadmap.
