I just published a guide but I don't see it in my app
If you've published a guide and aren't seeing it live in your app, check these common culprits:
- Make sure you're included in the guide segment
- Check the guide location. If it's specific to a certain page, make sure you're in the right spot
- Check activation method and guide throttling. Automatically-activated guides are designed to be seen only until dismissed or completed. If you tested the guide in staging and saw it, then you won't see it again when it's published (unless you clear the guide data first). And if you have throttling enabled, you may not be eligible to see your guide yet.
