    Hi Angus Yang, thanks for the response. I emailed support yesterday and was told to come here bc we are using the free version.

    I'm in the same boat. I'm working on a mac and have tried in Chrome as well as Firefox (Safari has known incompatibitlies, apparently). Nothing.

    Thanks for your comment and glad to see that you've submitted a ticket already. In general, here are some steps that can help you troubleshoot further:

    1. Pause any ad-blockers or clear cache/cookies for your browser.
    2. Try launching the guide (you can use our our Chrome extension if necessary!) -->  inspect for any obvious errors that you may find with the launched guide in the Console and Network tab. 
    3. Make sure you have the minimum required settings listed here in this article to allow full Pendo functionality: https://support.pendo.io/hc/en-us/articles/360032209131-Content-Security-Policy
