    For us it's product managers and operations, so they can identify if feedback and requests are truly product enhancements vs a training opportunity. If something is an existing feature, we examine further to determine the breadth and depth of the misconception that it doesn't exist yet, and that helps determine the best way to "re-announce" the feature (Pendo, reaching out to a specific contact or account, changing our documentation, etc.)
