This is entirely up to you! Some companies DO share a high-level roadmap with their customers while others prefer not too. You need to take this decision as a company and do what works for you and your users. If you are a Pendo Feedback user, you can choose to share a roadmap, or a more high-level view of what is planned and what you have in progress. You can also notify users in-app (using Pendo guides) or by email as individual feedback requests change status.
The right level of transparency with your customers build a lot of trust and alignments so I'd always recommend finding some way to ensure customers are communicated to.
